The 10th APEC technology exchange and Exhibition for small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter referred to as APEC Technology Exhibition) is jointly sponsored by the Ministry of industry and information technology and the people's Government of Liaoning Province. APEC technical exhibition is an important cooperation project in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises under the framework of APEC. It has been successfully held for nine times since 1996, including eight times in Yantai, Qingdao, Fuzhou, Chengdu, Yiwu, Shenzhen and other places in China, which has been actively participated and affirmed by all APEC economies.
In June 2018, the 10th APEC technology exhibition held in Shenyang will run through the development concept of innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing, improve the level of internationalization, specialization and marketization of APEC technology exhibition, realize the product display, achievement sharing and mutual integration among small and medium-sized enterprises in 21 APEC member economies under the important background of international regional economic cooperation, and deepen the cooperation between China and Pragmatic cooperation among SMEs in member economies will enhance their international competitiveness and sustainable development capacity.
Shenyang, as a pilot city of "made in China 2025" and a national pilot area of comprehensive innovation and reform, will take this opportunity to build a science and technology exchange carrier and international cooperation platform for small and medium-sized enterprises of APEC.

The exhibition is mainly organized around intelligent manufacturing, strong industrial base, green environmental protection, high-end equipment, innovation, etc., gathering a new generation of information technology industry, high-end CNC machine tools and robots, aerospace equipment, marine engineering equipment and high-tech ships, advanced rail transit equipment, energy saving and new energy vehicles, electric power equipment, agricultural machinery equipment, new materials, biomedicine and high performance Ten key areas, such as medical devices, cross-border e-commerce and "specialized, special and new" products of small and medium-sized enterprises, etc.

Subsidy policy for overseas exhibition area
In order to encourage APEC member economies and other countries to participate in this APEC technology exhibition, the Organizing Committee of the conference has set up relevant subsidy funds for the participation fees of overseas exhibitors. The content of subsidy policy is as follows:
Preferential policies for reception of overseas exhibitors
1. Officials at or above the ministerial level of overseas APEC member bodies shall provide free round-trip air tickets and 3-day accommodation (the specific free accommodation standard shall be implemented in accordance with the uniform provisions of the General Conference);
2. Government officials of overseas APEC member states shall provide free round-trip air tickets and 3-day accommodation (the specific free accommodation standard shall be implemented in accordance with the uniform provisions of the General Conference);
3. Leaders of overseas Fortune 500 enterprises and important merchants will participate in the exhibition, and free domestic round-trip air tickets and 3-day accommodation will be provided (the specific free accommodation standard shall be implemented in accordance with the uniform provisions of the conference);
4. Overseas business associations and intermediary organizations shall organize groups to participate in the exhibition and provide free accommodation for their main leaders for three days (the specific free accommodation standard shall be implemented in accordance with the uniform provisions of the conference);
5. For overseas ordinary exhibitors participating in the exhibition, each booth shall provide one person with 3 days' accommodation free of charge (the specific free accommodation standard shall be implemented in accordance with the uniform provisions of the conference);
6. Invite leaders of government departments and intermediary organizations of APEC member states to attend the opening ceremony and forum meetings held in the same period;
7. According to the number of exhibitors' booths, provide tickets for corresponding forums and technical exchange activities;
8. Leaders of government departments of APEC member states shall be equipped with corresponding number of special vehicles;
9. During the exhibition, arrange buses to and from the hotel, exhibition hall and forum venue free of charge at the designated place and time, and take care of others.
Preferential policies for overseas exhibitors
For overseas countries and regions participating in the exhibition, a subsidy of 500 yuan / paperback fee will be given for special decoration.
Basic services for overseas exhibition area
1. Standard booth configuration includes carpet, one consultation table, two folding chairs, lighting and power socket (220V / 5A);
2. Participants can enjoy the unified services provided by the conference;
3. Provide the exhibitor with the exhibitor's certificate and a certain number of professional visitors' certificates for each exhibitor.
Special services for overseas exhibition area
Use the official channels of the Chinese government to invite professional buyers and arrange the matchmaking meeting between Chinese and foreign enterprises.
