1、 Project Background

Elderly care collaboration is an important area of coordinated development in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. In recent years, various regions in Hebei Province have fully utilized their geographical and ecological advantages, focusing on building a development pattern for the elderly care industry consisting of "one zone (core area for elderly care in 24 counties around Beijing), one circle (1-hour elderly care service circle for high-speed rail), and three belts (Yanshan, Taihang Mountains, and coastal health and leisure industry belts)", actively undertaking the elderly care needs of Beijing and Tianjin, and accelerating the cultivation and strengthening of the health and elderly care industry. At present, over 120000 elderly people from Beijing and Tianjin have come to Hebei for health care, including 96000 from Beijing and 26000 from Tianjin.

In May 2024, in order to accelerate the cultivation and growth of the health and wellness industry, Hebei Province issued the "Several Measures to Support the Development of the Health and Wellness Industry in Hebei Province". Through 20 measures in five aspects including medical services, talent training, and comprehensive supporting facilities, it solidly promotes the extension and layout of Beijing Tianjin elderly care projects to Hebei, and promotes the brand of "so close, so beautiful, elderly care to Hebei", attracting more elderly people from Beijing and Tianjin to come to Hebei for health and wellness.

In order to actively respond to national policies, develop the health care industry, and promote the integration of medical and elderly care, the 2025 China (Hebei) International Medical and Elderly Care Industry Expo will be held from February 20 to 22, 2025 at the Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center, with the theme of "Building a Healthy and Enjoyable Hebei in the Capital". The organizing committee relies on the successful experience of nine consecutive sessions of the China Shandong (Qingdao) International Health and Wellness Industry Expo, gathering advantageous resources from Hebei and Shandong, radiating from Hebei to North and East China, integrating new product experiences, technology and service exchanges, supply and demand docking, and high-end dialogues of the health and wellness industry at home and abroad, gathering and integrating high-quality resources from various fields, and creating an international and professional platform for the full chain industry exchange of the health and wellness industry.
