Shenyang International Exhibition Center is located at No. 9 Huizhan Road, Sujiatun District, Shenyang City, 12 kilometers from the urban area and 13 kilometers from Taoxian International Airport. The total land area of the project is 959,000 square meters and it is planned to be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project has a total construction area of 166,000 square meters, an indoor exhibition area of 105,600 square meters, an outdoor exhibition area of 200,000 square meters, and a comprehensive service area of 40,000 square meters. The pavilion is designed and constructed in accordance with international professional standards. Each exhibition hall can independently organize exhibitions or communicate with each other through internal corridors, making the exhibition area integrated.

The center is mainly to host large-scale comprehensive exhibitions and professional expos at home and abroad. It can provide supporting services for business, office, transportation, storage, construction, advertising, conferences, accommodation, catering, etc. The center has simultaneous interpretation international conferences, remote monitoring operations, etc The modern system has a high level of internationalization and intelligence. The overall scale of the center ranks fifth in China and first in Northeast China.

        The main structure of the center is composed of 8 single-story, column-free, long-span independent exhibition halls, each with an area of 13,200 square meters, and 625 international standard booths can be set up. The indoor exhibition hall is composed of 4 exhibition halls on the east and west sides. The middle is connected by a double-storey corridor. It can accommodate 5,000 international standard booths in total. There are audience registration halls in the east, south, west, and north. . Central North Square can hold opening ceremonies, celebrations and large-scale public welfare activities. The supporting facilities of the booth are designed according to international conventions and equipped with PDS integrated wiring, which can simultaneously meet 60,000 people using mobile phones and 4,800 people to access the Internet.
