Purpose of the conference:
Carry out the spirit of the central and provincial urban work conference, implement the opinions of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government on strengthening the management of urban planning and construction and the opinions on promoting the construction and quality improvement project of 100 cities, accelerate the development of new urbanization in our province, and make the Central Plains more brilliant.
Purpose and significance:
"One hundred cities improve quality and focus on Henan", since the start of the project of one hundred cities improve quality, it has been widely concerned and actively participated by all sectors of society. There is a huge demand for quality improvement projects in Baicheng. The provincial Party committee and the provincial government have provided huge funds, and through the social capital cooperation (PPP) model, 106 counties and county-level cities in the province have been constructed with urban infrastructure supporting facilities. Only the first batch of 45 cities and counties implemented a total of 9351 warehousing projects, with a total investment of 2.7 trillion yuan. And will continue to increase investment, strive to three to five years, a number of county-level cities to achieve the first-class level in the country.  
In order to cooperate with the construction and quality improvement project of Baicheng in our province, introduce new technologies and processes for municipal infrastructure, public service facilities, ecological facilities and other projects, provide new equipment and products, and display the project engineering system solutions. Under the guidance of the Department of housing and urban rural development of Henan Province, Henan municipal public utility Association and relevant units decided to hold 2018 China (Henan) Urban Construction Expo in Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center in September 2018.
