Foreword
The report of the 19th national congress calls for the development of health industry and the promotion of healthy China construction. Health industry is a new industry with huge market potential, and has the characteristics of "broad employment prospects, large consumption demand, and long life of citizens".  
China is implementing the 2020 strategic plan of healthy China, and healthy consumption will become an important growth point of household consumption in the future. By 2020, it will exceed 10 trillion yuan. Among them, Chongqing's big health industry will reach an output value of 300 billion yuan, with huge market potential. In order to actively respond to the deployment of the central government, conform to the new trend of industrial development, and combine with Chongqing's advantage foundation, our city clearly takes the cultivation of large-scale health industry as the key choice of scientific and technological innovation leading industrial upgrading. Efforts should be made to break the traditional medical mode, accelerate the transformation to the new mode of big health concepts such as defense, health care, rehabilitation and health preservation, and highlight the innovation of technology, mode and policy. Efforts should be made from four aspects of "creating mechanism, providing services, promoting special projects and building space". Efforts should be made to actively build a large-scale healthy development ecosystem and boost Chongqing's large-scale health industry to reach an output value of 300 billion yuan by 2020.
