1. The exhibitors receive the invitation materials;
2. Fill in the application form of exhibition, fax or mail it to the organizing committee with official seal;
3. The organizing committee shall review the qualification of applicants and preliminarily determine the booth, and send the notice of booth pre allocation to the applicant;
4. Exhibitors shall remit money within the time specified in the notice, and return the remittance receipt and pre distribution notice to the Organizing Committee for future reference;
5. After the payment is received, the organizing committee issues the booth confirmation;
6. Exhibitors shall report to the site for exhibition arrangement with booth confirmation.
