Evaluation rules and methods (part):
After the rice is cooked into rice under the specified conditions, the evaluators conduct a comprehensive taste evaluation on the measured rice through the methods of eye observation, nose smell, mouth taste, etc.

Evaluation method:
1. Preparation before evaluation

2. Identify the smell of rice
Put the rice under the nose while it's hot, inhale with proper force, and carefully identify the smell of rice.
3. Observe the appearance of rice
Observe the color, luster and integrity of rice surface.
4. Identify the palatability of rice
Use chopsticks to take a little rice and put it into your mouth. Chew it for 3 to 5 seconds. While chewing, use your teeth, tongue and other sensory organs to carefully taste the stickiness, softness, elasticity, taste and other items of rice.
