Industrial advantages

The non-ferrous metal industry is the largest pillar industry in Jiangxi Province. The policies of "dual control" and "dual carbon" energy consumption, as well as the new connotation of high-quality development, have put forward new requirements for the expansion and strengthening of the non-ferrous metal industry. Promoting the further healthy, rapid, and orderly development of the non-ferrous metal industry and enhancing its core competitiveness is an inevitable requirement for achieving the transition from a province with abundant non-ferrous metal resources to a strong province in the non-ferrous metal industry. It is also an important lever for promoting Jiangxi's carbon peak by 2030.

Relying on the abundant non-ferrous mineral resources in Jiangxi Province, the non-ferrous metal industry in Jiangxi has developed rapidly, with its scale continuously expanding and its level continuously improving. It has become the largest pillar industry in Jiangxi, a key "trillion level" industry currently cultivated in Jiangxi, and a well deserved "ballast" for Jiangxi's manufacturing industry. Jiangxi has become an important base for the mining and production of non-ferrous metal minerals in China. Jiangxi Province has superior geological conditions for mineralization and abundant mineral resources. It is one of the important non-ferrous, rare earth, rare earth, and uranium mineral bases in China, with a relatively high degree of mineral resource matching. Jiangxi's seven major types of mineral resources, including copper, tungsten, rare earths, uranium, tantalum niobium, gold, and silver, are known as the "Seven Golden Flowers". According to the "2+6+N" action plan for high-quality leapfrog development of industries in Jiangxi Province, the main revenue of the non-ferrous industry in the province is expected to reach the trillion level.

In order to promote the healthy development of the non-ferrous metal industry in Jiangxi Province, facilitate foreign economic and trade cooperation, and guide the non-ferrous metal industry in Jiangxi Province to align with international standards, the organizing committee has decided to hold the "2025 China (Jiangxi) International Nonferrous Metal and Metallurgical Industry Exhibition" at the Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center from March 28-30, 2025, after conducting multiple in-depth market research and project analysis with government departments/industry associations.
