Overview 

Zhejiang Hehe Plastic Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of PVC and EVA rubber and plastic rain boots. The company is located in Jinhua Industrial Park, adjacent to Wujiang, convenient transportation, beautiful environment, the factory covers an area of 35527 square meters, the total building area is 37372.06 square meters, the total green area is 6287 square meters. At present, the annual production capacity of PVC and EVA products reaches 3 million and 2 million pairs. Products are exported to Japan, Korea, the United States, Europe, South America, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions.
In 1970, Jinhua County Plastic Factory, the predecessor of Hehe Plastics, was established. Since then, it has been closely related to the shoe industry.
In 1984, the first Italian A2520 double-color rainshoe injection moulding machine was introduced by the east wind of reform and opening-up.
In 1985, the first pair of PVC rainboots was born in China.
In 1987, Jinhua County Plastic Factory was upgraded to Jinhua General Plastic Factory. The Flying Eagle slippers developed and manufactured sell well both at home and abroad.
In 1992, Comrade Deng Xiaoping introduced two sets of AZ560 PVC shoemaking machines to Italy in order to pursue world-class products.
In 1999, Jinhua Plastic General Factory was successfully transformed into Jinhua Changjiang Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. At the same time, it has stepped into the national large second-class enterprises.

In the fifteen years since its establishment, Hehe Plastics has invested more than 80 million yuan and purchased more than ten Italian brand shoemaking machines such as ZARINE and OTTOGALLI, becoming the only fully imported production equipment in China, achieving precise material control and perfectly presenting product details.

In 2018, in order to expand the product category, more than 10 million yuan was invested again, and two EVA rubber and plastic rain boots production lines were completed. The R&D center has mould development department and sample department. It can complete various products with different functions according to customers'needs. Independent formulation research and development plus customized PVC particles self-processing, from the source to achieve product quality assurance. We have invested nearly 5 million yuan in improving the product laboratory and self-checking the physical properties of each batch of products. The general standards for production control of "safety shoes", "fashion shoes", "children's shoes" and "EVA rubber and plastic boots" have been formulated within the enterprise to meet the quality awareness of the whole staff. Fifteen years of research and development journey, and plastic with more than 130 patents piled up into a mountain, become the benchmark of the PVC boot industry, thoroughly the unique waterproof properties of boots, into the most basic, through innovation, product functions will be unlimited expansion and trigger. At present, we can produce all kinds of safety shoes, work shoes, fashion shoes and children's shoes. According to the function, it can realize anti-smash (ladle head, plastic head and composite head), anti-puncture (steel midsole, composite material and new insole), anti-skid (general skid, skid-over, PVC sole and plastic sole). According to the demand, environmental protection, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, antimicrobial, antistatic, high voltage shock resistance, flexure resistance and insulation products can be realized. All indicators meet the national standards, and many indicators exceed international standards.
Over the past 15 years, all products have passed the inspection of SGS, TUV, ITS and CSA international authoritative inspection agencies according to customer needs, and have been certified as production standards of the United States, Japan and Korea. In the field of safety shoes, we have been cooperating closely with many international enterprises for more than 100 years. In 2018, we obtained the only foreign production license from the Korean government with plastic. In the field of anti-skid shoes, we have cooperated with top international companies successively. It has initiated the domestic anti-skid of PVC material base and solved the worldwide problem of one-time injection moulding of PVC material and rubber base. The above two patents have been patented, and the anti-skid coefficient is 1 to 3 times higher than the international standard. In the field of fashion shoes, we have been cooperating with more than 20 famous international brands and pushing wet boots to the fashion trend.
