The "2018 Tourism Transportation Conference" sponsored by China highway society will be held in Suzhou International Expo Center in December 2018. The main agenda includes: a keynote speech, eight sub forums, three closed door meetings, and a tourist bus Expo.
At the opening ceremony, leaders of relevant departments in Jiangsu Province, leaders of the Ministry of transport and the Ministry of culture and tourism, and Weng Mengyong, President of China highway society, will be invited to attend, and the "two awards ceremony" and "tourism transportation evaluation standard release ceremony" will be held.
The contents of the keynote speech include: policies and implementation measures for the integration of transportation, culture and tourism; practice and experience of scenic road construction in Europe and America; three year implementation plan for the integration of transportation and tourism in Jiangsu province or the practice of "transportation + tourism" in Jiangsu Province.
The eight sub forums are: policies and standards, tourism highway construction and management, self driving RV camp construction and management, beautiful rural road construction and management, expressway service area + tourist experience, tourism transportation intelligence and informatization, tourism transportation equipment and tourism passenger transport, and promotion and implementation of bus type classification and rating standards in scenic spots.
The three closed door meetings are: Expert Symposium on self driving RV camp, Symposium on China highway tourism theme service area, working meeting of environment and sustainable development branch of China highway society.
It is worth mentioning that the 2018 tourist bus Expo will focus on the latest trend of bus technology development in the world with the purpose of displaying achievements, cooperation and exchange, promoting development and integration, and focus on the bus and parts products related to new energy and energy saving and emission reduction technologies. In October of that year, the "2017 China Tourism and Transportation Conference" sponsored by China highway society and organized by the tourism and Transportation Working Committee was held in Boao, Hainan, with more than 1300 delegates. Compared with the 2017 China Tourism Transportation Conference, the 2018 Tourism Transportation Conference has three major changes: first, a "tourist bus Expo" is grafted on the basis of the Tourism Transportation Conference, which complements the exhibition and is conducive to making the "tourism transportation" cause bigger and stronger; The second is jointly undertaken by the tourism and Transportation Working Committee and the bus branch to integrate the resources reasonably within the China highway society to form a joint force; the third is that the scale of the conference will be further expanded and the conference topics will increase.
