INTRODUCTION

Founded in 1997, China Baking Exhibition is the first professional exhibition in China's baking industry. Initially, it was the "national baking industry raw materials and equipment exhibition and China International Baking sweet Western food materials and equipment exhibition". It has successively held exhibitions in Chengdu, Beijing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shanghai and other places. Over the years, it has accumulated the most experienced human resources in the industry. As the exhibition hall at that time limited the rapid development of the exhibition, it was decided to be held in the exhibition hall of Guangzhou Canton Fair every May since the seventh session of 2003, and the name of the exhibition was changed to "China Baking Exhibition" in the ninth session of 2005. Since its establishment, after more than 20 years of trials and hardships, China Baking Exhibition has become the most large-scale and popular Baking Exhibition in China, and it has attracted the keen attention of baking colleagues at home and abroad, especially in southern China and Southeast Asia.


Now in May every year in Guangzhou Pazhou ▪ The "China Baking Exhibition (Guangzhou)" held by the exhibition hall of the Canton Fair covers the whole industrial chain of baking industry, including raw and auxiliary materials, additives enterprises, baking machinery and equipment, appliance mold enterprises, baking packaging equipment and design and production, food cold chain logistics, catering management training services, etc.


As the first professional exhibition of baking industry in China, China Baking Exhibition firstly put forward the idea of dividing exhibition areas according to product categories in domestic food exhibitions, which has taken a step in line with international standards. The continuous expansion of the scale of ASEAN exhibition group and the all-round close cooperation with the baking Federation of the International Federation of China (Hualian) fully illustrate the Chinese baking industry The exhibition has great influence in the International Baking field.


Since 2015, the industry power · China baking industry development summit has been held in Shanghai every November. The summit aims to promote the sustainable development of China's baking industry with the strength of the industry, serve the national baking industry enterprises, and solve the practical problems in the development process of baking industry enterprises. At the China baking industry development summit in November 2019, the association not only invited experienced pioneers in the industry to carry out forum courses representing the future trend of the baking industry, such as fried products in bakeries, light food, Chinese hand-in-hand gifts, but also set up a concept store of "baking impression" on the spot to show the diversified development possibilities of the baking industry terminal to the industry colleagues through the real storefront.


The 24th China Baking Exhibition 2020 will be held from May 20 to 22, 2020 in pavilions 1.1-8.1, zone a, Pazhou Pavilion, Guangzhou Canton Fair.
