Expo overview: sponsored by the National Association of home appliance manufacturers, the Expo was held in 1928, once a year, and has been the 120th in 2016. It is one of the top 10 exhibitions in the United States and the world's largest professional fair for household products. The exhibition is mainly divided into three exhibition areas: electronic and family health care; home furnishings, cleaning and furniture; kitchenware, tableware and accessories. In 2004, the exhibition area of home food hall and garden furniture was newly added. In 2013, 3200 enterprises participated in the exhibition, covering an exhibition area of more than 85000 square meters, with more than 60000 professional visitors, 60% of whom came from the United States, and international visitors from more than 100 countries and regions on six continents; 99% of the top 25 retailers in the United States sent at least one person to participate in the exhibition, and each company sent an average of 12 people. 47.5% of the visitors came from wholesalers and bulk purchasers, and 45.2% from retailers. The fair is open only to professional traders and is one of the most influential exhibitions of household goods in the world.
