In 2016, Vietnam's import market was mainly concentrated in Asia, America and Europe, with the import amount of US $140.76 billion, US $14.5 billion and US $13.43 billion respectively, accounting for 80.8%, 6.7% and 6.4% of the total national import. Among them, China is the largest import market of Vietnam, with us $49.93 billion imported from China, accounting for 28.7%. In 2016, Vietnam imported 8.708 billion US dollars from the United States.
