In order to actively promote the "one belt and one way" international cooperation, meet the growing needs of people's lives and create a "Southwest along the way", with the support of the Chongqing Municipal People's government, the Chongqing Municipal Commercial Commission and the Liangjiang New District government, the 2018 area and one famous exhibition Chongqing will be hosted by Shanghai International Trade Promotion Committee and Shanghai International Chamber of Commerce. Held in Chongqing International Expo Center on November 23-25, the theme is "quality life, you and I share". Following the "2018 area and one famous exhibition Shanghai" held in Shanghai Exhibition Center on June 29th -7 1, the exhibition took turns in the only municipality directly under the central government in Western China to achieve the full integration of the economic landmarks of "one belt and one road" and the Yangtze River economic belt.
On May 2017, President Xi Jinping announced that "China International Import fair" will be held in 2018 at the "one belt and one way" International Cooperation summit held in Beijing, which further demonstrates China's new opening up and the determination to open the market to the world voluntarily.
