The Fifth China (Wuhan) Journal Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as the "Journal fair") is to be held in Wuhan International Expo Center from September 14 to 16, 2018, with an exhibition area of 60000 square meters. The branch venue is planned to be set up in Enshi City, Hubei Province, which is known as the "selenium capital of the world", and the image exhibition area of the guest of honor province will continue to be set up. At the same time, the 6th Asia Pacific Digital Journal Conference, sponsored by the international journal alliance and China Journal Association, will be held in the same period of Wuhan journal Expo in 2018.
 
With the concern and support of the State Administration of press, publication, radio, film and television and all sectors of the society, the magazine Fair has been successfully held for four times, attracting more than 50 countries and regions around the world to participate in the exhibition. It has gradually become a platform for exhibition and sales of Chinese and foreign journals, related product trading platform, authoritative information release platform, and industrial development discussion platform, which has greatly promoted the prosperity and development of China's periodical industry and foreign affairs Flow cooperation, promote the development of the industry, promote the reading of the whole people, and serve the cultural construction, which is known as the "Olympic Games of the periodical industry" by the industry and society.

The three-day 2016 China (Wuhan) Journal trade fair ended in Wuhan International Expo Center on the 25th. With the theme of "new concept, new integration and new development", this magazine Expo comprehensively demonstrates the new features of the domestic and foreign periodical industry, and provides a feast for the majority of periodical lovers. The exhibition area covers an area of 61000 square meters. There are more than 3600 units from more than 50 countries and regions participating in the exhibition. There are more than 10000 kinds of periodicals and derivatives on display and more than 200000 pieces. There are nearly one thousand on-site activities, including 280 activities above Designated Size, the most in the past. According to incomplete statistics, more than 490 agreements were signed during the exhibition, with an agreement amount of about 1.5 billion yuan and a transaction amount of 860 million yuan. Among them, Wuhan University, the Third Military Medical University and other units have subscribed more than 1300 kinds of overseas journals, with a total amount of more than 7 million yuan
