In recent years, Jiangmen city seizes the development opportunity of "Zhuxi strategy", takes the development of five major industrial clusters as the starting point, builds up the foundation of equipment manufacturing industry, successfully gathers a number of potential industrial projects to settle down, and the overall strength of advanced equipment manufacturing industry is continuously strengthened. With the "project implementation year" as the starting point, we will accelerate the construction of "three platforms" including Jiangmen national high wage zone, Guangdong (Jiangmen) daguangbai economic zone and China EU (Jiangmen) International Cooperation Zone for small and medium-sized enterprises, build five industrial clusters, promote the construction of key projects, and expand, strengthen and optimize the advanced equipment manufacturing industry. Jiangmen should pay close attention to the three platforms, focus on the five industrial clusters, and build an advanced equipment manufacturing industry with international competitiveness. Data shows that from January to June this year, the added value of equipment manufacturing industry in Jiangmen City was 133.89 yuan, an increase of 17.8% year-on-year, and the investment in equipment manufacturing industry was 12.57 billion yuan, an increase of 77.7% year-on-year. The growth rate of added value and investment in equipment manufacturing industry ranked in the West Bank of the Pearl River. China (Jiangmen) intelligent equipment, mold metal processing, machinery industry expo (Jiangmen smart Expo for short) will be held in Zhuxi International Convention and Exhibition Center, Guangdong Province from September 13 to 15, 2018. As a key support project of Jiangmen municipal government, it will give full support in organization, promotion, publicity, etc.
