Beijing International Book Fair (hereinafter referred to as "the Expo") is the second largest international book fair in the world. Since it was founded by China National Book Import and Export Corporation (Group) in 1986, it has been successfully held for 24 times. It adheres to the tenet of "introducing the world's excellent books into China and making Chinese books go to the world". Every year, more than 2000 Chinese and foreign publishers from more than 80 countries and regions participate in the exhibition, displaying more than 200000 kinds of excellent books, and holding more than 1000 professional cultural exchange activities in literature and publishing.

The 25th Expo will be held in China International Exhibition Center (New Museum) from August 22 to 26, 2018, with an exhibition area of nearly 100000 square meters. Morocco is the host country of this Expo.

From August 23 to 27, the 24th Beijing International Book Fair (abbreviated as BIBF, hereinafter referred to as ICIF) is like a review, which enables us to see the achievements of the integration and prosperity of publishing and science and technology since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, as well as the surging tide of cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.

The book exhibition has a total area of 92700 square meters, and 89 countries and regions participate in the exhibition. Among them, "one belt and one road" participates in 28 countries. Among more than 2500 exhibitors, 1460 (102 newly added) are overseas exhibitors, accounting for 58%. The Islamic Republic of Iran is the guest of honor of the Expo. More than 300000 kinds of excellent books have been displayed, nearly one thousand cultural exchange activities have been held, more than 1000 Chinese and foreign journalists have been attracted to report, and nearly 300000 people have visited. According to preliminary statistics, 5262 agreements on copyright trade between China and foreign countries have been reached in this Expo, including 3244 agreements on copyright export and cooperative publishing, with the import-export ratio of 1:1.61.

The contents of the exhibition must comply with the laws and government decrees of the people's Republic of China and respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the people's Republic of China. Exhibitors are not allowed to exhibit, distribute, broadcast and show materials irrelevant to cultural exchange, book trade and their own image promotion at any place in the exhibition hall. The exhibition includes:

1. Books, newspapers, periodicals and related publications published since 2017;

2. New technology publishing products such as animation, digital, electronic, audio-visual, software, network, etc;

3. Award winning books and excellent books over the years;

4. Printing solutions and related products;

5. Cultural goods and extended cultural products (including stationery, gifts, literature and art, calligraphy and painting, art, design, etc.).

Features: meet the basic exhibition needs, no need for additional decoration, suitable for small publishing units

2. Deformation standard spread

Features: personalized design is carried out on the basis of standard booth, which is beautiful and practical. There are 12 different design schemes for selection

Charging standard: from 37590 yuan (including two exhibition cards per 9 square meters)

Applicable area of deformation standard booth: 18-54 square meters



3. Joint stand

Features: centralized exhibition area of the same type of enterprises, presented in the form of exhibition frame, flexible and changeable, suitable for small publishing units

Charging standard: from 5000 yuan (1.5m x 2m)



4. open space

Features: it needs to be designed and built by itself, suitable for large-scale publishing units with special needs

Charging standard: 1090 yuan / square meter (including two exhibition cards for every 9 square meters)

The minimum area of open space is 54 square meters (less than 54 square meters will be charged according to the standard booth)



5. Copyright center

Features: only for business talks, suitable for publishing units without product display

Charge standard: 3500 yuan / copyright desk, 4900 yuan / copyright room
