The 2017 China International Energy Summit and exhibition was approved by the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (approval unit of the conference project) and the Ministry of Commerce (approval unit of the exhibition project), hosted by China Machinery Industry Federation, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, China energy conservation and environmental Protection Group Corporation, and sponsored by China Electric Power Enterprise Federation, China Coal Industry Association, China Renewable Supported by the society of bioenergy, it is co sponsored by China Automobile Industry Association, China Electrotechnical Society, China Power Engineering Society, China internal combustion engine industry association, environmental protection industry development center of mechanical industry, China energy automobile communication group (China Energy News), Shanghai Electrical Science Research Institute, etc.
In 2017, China International Energy Summit and exhibition organized 25 professional conference activities, arranged more than 240 speeches and reports, with 4200 visitors. The exhibition came from 15 countries and regions, with more than 500 exhibitors, covering an exhibition area of 22000 square meters and over 20000 visitors.
