GSMA (Global Association for mobile communication systems) is an influential mobile industry association with its headquarters in London, UK. It connects nearly 800 mobile operators around the world and more than 250 companies in the mobile ecosystem. These companies include mobile phone and device manufacturers, software companies, device suppliers, Internet companies, and organizations in related industries. GSMA also hosts advanced industry exhibitions, such as MWC held in Barcelona, Spain, in February, MWCS held in Shanghai in June, mwca held in the United States in September.
