The exhibitor shall pay the exhibition fee within five working days after receiving the booth confirmation. The reserved booth without paying the exhibition fee will not be retained.
After receiving the exhibitor's participation fee, the organizer shall prepare invitation letter, admission certificate and public promotion for the exhibitor before the opening of the exhibition. If the exhibitor withdraws halfway, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
