Exhibition procedures:

1. The exhibitor shall fill in the exhibition contract form in detail, affix the official seal, mail or fax it to the Organizing Committee;

2. After registration, exhibitors must remit the relevant fees to the account designated by the organizing committee within 7 days;

3. The principle of booth arrangement is "registration first, payment first, arrangement first". The organizing committee has the right to adjust a small number of booths;

4. The organizing committee will inform you of the accommodation and transportation of exhibitors' representatives;

5. All exhibitors must have all kinds of certificates for production and operation of medical devices.

1. Exhibitors must pay off the exhibition fee within the specified time, otherwise they can not ensure the arrangement of booth.

2. All exhibitors and their representatives must wear valid work certificates issued by the organizer before entering the exhibition hall.

3. Without the approval of the organizing committee, exhibitors are not allowed to transfer booths or display irrelevant items without permission. In this case, the organizing committee has the right to clear them out.
