INTRODUCTION

China chemical and physical power industry association is scheduled to hold the 14th China International Battery Technology Exchange / Exhibition (cibf2020) with unprecedented scale in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center from May 25 to 27, 2020. Meanwhile, the Fifth China energy storage technology and Application Exhibition and the third China mobile power exhibition were held. Cibf2020 has an exhibition area of 105000 square meters, more than 5500 booths, and it is estimated that there will be more than 1350 exhibitors. Cibf2020 exhibition will focus on the global power battery, energy storage battery, 3C battery, various battery materials, manufacturing equipment, power and energy storage system solutions, especially focusing on a series of achievements in the field of power battery and energy storage in various passenger cars, new energy buses and logistics vehicles in recent two years. Cibf2020 technical exchange meeting will continue to focus on "power battery and energy storage battery", focusing on the latest progress of power battery, energy storage battery and various materials. It is expected that more than 1500 people from more than 50 countries and regions will attend the meeting.
Cibf2020 will provide domestic and foreign users, purchasers and distributors with its international stage, products in the whole industry chain of the battery industry, professional audience and diversified display means to provide a platform for display and transaction, and once again become a China event of the world battery industry.

Scope

(1) Series of batteries: lithium-ion battery, nickel hydrogen battery, nickel cadmium battery, lead-acid battery, air battery, super capacitor, sodium sulfur battery, liquid flow battery, lithium primary battery, zinc manganese battery, alkaline manganese battery, zinc nickel battery, zinc silver battery, thermal battery, fuel cell, semiconducting thermoelectric module and other new batteries;
(2) Various battery combinations: cell phones, walkie talkies, cordless phones, laptops, digital cameras, mobile DVDs, emergency lights, electric toys, UPS, railway locomotives and buses, ships, etc;
(3) Power battery and management system: power battery and battery management system for various purposes such as electric tools, electric bicycles, electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles;
(4) Electric vehicle charging and replacing power station and relevant supporting facilities: charging and replacing power station intelligent network, electric vehicle charging station products, charging station power distribution equipment, charging and replacing battery and battery management system, parking lot charging facilities and intelligent monitoring equipment, charging station power supply solutions, charging station intelligent power grid solutions, etc;
(5) Various energy storage batteries: wind power generation, solar power generation, wind solar complementary system, solar street lamp, lawn lamp, landscape lamp, traffic signal lamp, etc;
(6) Solar cells, systems and application products: silicon solar cells and materials; thin film solar cells and materials; solar cell transparent packaging materials; solar cells and component production equipment and testing equipment; solar street lamps, lawn lamps, traffic indicators, etc.; solar chargers; household photovoltaic power supply, grid connected photovoltaic system and photovoltaic power transmission and distribution equipment; wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation Complementary system; inverter; measurement and control system; solar system control software;

Cibf2016 exhibition sub battery products and application products area (hall 1), raw materials and spare parts area (hall 2), manufacturing equipment and testing instrument area (Hall 7, 8 and 9). Foreign and Chinese Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan exhibitors are arranged in hall 1.

Costs & Precautions

(1) Standard booth:
Domestic enterprises: 14000 yuan / 9m2
Foreign and Chinese enterprises in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan: 3000 USD / 9m2
Note: extra 10% for double opening booth
(2) Bare land (min. 36m2, management fee during the exhibition)
Domestic enterprises: 1400 yuan / m2
Foreign and Chinese enterprises in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan: 300 USD / m2


Each standard booth (9m2) is provided free of charge: one Chinese and English lintel (two corners), one table, two folding chairs, two spotlights, one power socket, one paper basket, one carpet and three exhibition walls (3 × 3 × 3.5m). Two booth staff are provided with three-day lunch free of charge. Each exhibitor can publish the company contact information (subject to the registration information on the exhibitor's website) in cibf2020 journal free of charge.
Booth arrangement
Cibf2020 exhibition sub battery products and application products area (hall 1), raw materials and spare parts area (Hall 7, 8, 9 and second floor passageway), manufacturing equipment, testing instruments and equipment spare parts area (hall 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). Foreign, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan exhibitors and exhibition groups are arranged in the international exhibition area of hall 1.
Exhibition hall Description: cibf2020 rents the whole exhibition center of Shenzhen. As the area of the exhibition hall is the same as that of last year and cannot be expanded, please make a reasonable plan for the area of the booth of cibf2018 old exhibitors, in principle, it shall not exceed the area of the previous session.
Principle of booth arrangement: old exhibitors first, then new exhibitors. The booth fee shall be remitted to the designated bank account within ten working days after the booth is confirmed. If the booth fee is not received within the time limit, the organizer has the right to sell the selected booth to other companies.
Preferential conditions: 1) all the old exhibitors who have participated in cibf2018 will enjoy 10% discount of booth fee; 2) all the association members who have paid the dues for 2018 and 2019 in succession will enjoy 10% discount of booth fee.
Cancellation: after the application for participation, the units that cannot participate in the exhibition due to special reasons can apply for returning to the exhibition, and handle the procedures for returning to the exhibition within the specified time after being confirmed by the organizer. Before March 1, 2020, the organizer will charge 30% of the paid booth fee as compensation, and the balance will be returned. During the period from March 1 to May 1, 2020, the organizer will charge 60% of the paid booth fee as compensation, and the balance will be returned. If the booth is withdrawn after May 1, 2020, the paid booth fee will not be refunded.
