INTRODUCTION

China Suzhou cultural creative design industry trade fair, referred to as "China Suzhou creation Expo" (CCDE), was sponsored by the Department of cultural industry of the Ministry of culture of the people's Republic of China, Jiangsu Provincial Department of culture, and Suzhou Municipal People's Government in 2012. It is the only "professional exhibition of high quality aesthetic life" in China. China Suzhou innovation Expo has been adhering to the requirements of strong professionalism, high openness and industry demonstration, adhering to the concept of "professional + industry", and actively promoting the integration of creative design and related industries.

The 8th innovation Expo will be held in Suzhou International Expo Center from April 19 to April 22, 2019.

Last review:
The 7th China Suzhou cultural and creative design industry trade fair and the first Suzhou cultural and creative week (hereinafter referred to as "creative Expo (cultural and creative week)") lasted for 4 days and ended at sunset. Statistics released by the organizing committee show that there are more than 300 on-site contracted projects, with a total transaction value of 7.38 billion yuan.        

With the theme of "quality of Suzhou and a better life", the main exhibition hall covers an area of 40000 square meters, with four exhibition areas of "international creative design", "novice technology movement", "culture +" integration and innovation "and" cultural consumption ", 58 theme exhibition halls, nearly 600 exhibitors and more than 30 industrial docking activities.

According to statistics, there are more than 300 on-site signed projects, with a total transaction amount of 7.38 billion yuan (including 650 million yuan for product design and copyright trading, 1.8 billion yuan for order trading, 1.1 billion yuan for agency trading, 3.8 billion yuan for project investment, and over 30 million yuan for on-site sales). At the same time, Suzhou cultural and creative week was held with 12 branch venues as the main activities, including "the 11th China embroidery art festival in 2018" and "2018 China (Suzhou) International Silk Expo", forming an activity cluster and brand effect.

Looking back at this innovation Expo, creativity spread and highlights frequently appeared. The first is to position "high quality aesthetic life exhibition", which is more professional and international. Second, deepen the concept of "culture +" and promote cross-border integration of related industries. 20 industrial docking activities were held, such as "promotion of high-quality cultural and creative products (space) customized service project". Through exhibitions and exhibitions such as "culture + tourism", "culture + sports" and "culture + science and technology", we promoted the docking and exchange of relevant industries, and created a platform for cultural and creative talents, trading platform, information platform and innovation integration platform. Government departments and related enterprises from 167 regions came to the Expo to carry out various professional customization activities.

Third, gather Suzhou cultural elements and polish Suzhou cultural card. Fourth, we will create a "cultural and creative design week" with more social influence. Gather the excellent cultural and creative resources of the city, integrate them into the Expo for unified planning, packaging, publicity and promotion, create 12 unique and diversified sub events of the Expo, form the "Suzhou cultural and creative week" activity brand, and become the cultural and creative "Carnival" widely participated by the people of the city.

Fifth, the level of internationalization has been further improved. More than 600 creative design enterprises from the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, the Czech Republic, Malaysia and other countries and regions as well as 17 provinces (cities, autonomous regions) participated in the Expo, with over 10000 products and more than 200000 people (including branch venues).

The Expo effectively realized the transformation of the exhibition. The proportion of professional visitors has increased significantly, from 15% to 30% of the previous session, which has greatly improved the professionalism of the exhibition; industrial docking activities have achieved remarkable results, Wanda Group has reached cooperation intentions with urban humanistic concept space, Alibaba and Czech Glass family, Chengdu International Culture and Art Center and "rural partner culture and innovation" one after another.

It is understood that since its establishment in 2012, with the strong support of the Ministry of culture and tourism, Suzhou innovation Expo has gradually become one of the important platforms for collecting new ideas of cultural creativity, exchanging new ideas of cultural creativity, displaying new works of cultural creativity, gathering new talents of cultural creativity, promoting cultural creativity design trade and landing of major projects in China.
