China 2019 World Philatelic Exhibition will be held in Wuhan International Expo Center, Hubei Province, China from June 11 to 17, 2019. The scale of the philatelic exhibition is 4700 boxes, including 3500 competition boxes and 1200 non competition boxes. After 1999 and 2009, China held the World Philatelic Exhibition again. The purpose of the exhibition is to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China, promote the cultural exchange of philately between China and foreign countries, enhance the friendly exchanges and cooperation between China and other countries (regions), and promote the development of postal and philatelic undertakings. The relevant departments of the Chinese government attach great importance to the holding of the stamp exhibition. In order to enrich the activities of the stamp exhibition and expand the social impact, the opening ceremony will be held at the 2019 World Stamp Exhibition in China, the international day of "one belt and one road", the Jingchu cultural day, the youth stamp collecting promotion day, the Philatelic membership day, the closing date of the military transportation day and the closing date. All member organizations of the member states (regions) of the international Philatelic Federation are invited to participate in China 2019 World Philatelic Exhibition, gather in Jiangcheng, experience the development and changes of the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening up, experience the unique Jingchu culture, and enjoy a wonderful philatelic feast.
