In response to the call of the "one belt and one way" initiative proposed by the state and the "innovation driven development and revitalization of Guangxi's equipment manufacturing industry" by the autonomous region government, we will further enhance the international competitive advantage of Guangxi's traditional industries such as automobiles, machinery, electronics, aluminum, marine engineering, sugar refining and new energy industries, and advocate the concept of "innovation and green" development. We will be in Nanning international on 12-14 July. The Convention and Exhibition Center held "the third Guangxi Equipment Manufacturing Expo 2019".

The above fees include booth fees, public lighting, security, cleaning services, free publication, exhibition documents; the fees for loading and unloading of exhibits and entering and leaving the exhibition hall, high-power and 380V power consumption of exhibits are calculated separately.
2. The exhibitor shall fill in the exhibition receipt form in detail and send it to the organizing committee by fax or email after affixing the official seal. The organizing committee will arrange the booth according to the order of registration and payment, that is, the principle of "first registration, first payment, first arrangement".
3. The exhibitor shall pay the full payment or 30% deposit within five working days after applying for booking the booth, and the balance shall be paid before June 30, 2019, otherwise the reserved booth will not be retained; the booth arrangement shall be subject to the booth confirmation sent by the organizing committee.
4. Exhibitors are requested to send the exhibits to the designated shipping company before July 10, 2019, at their own expense; details will be notified 20 days before the opening of the conference.
5. If the exhibition cannot be held as scheduled due to force majeure or other major governmental activities, the organizing committee will inform the exhibitors of the specific time arranged separately 30 days in advance, so as not to affect your participation plan.
Advertising expenses
1. The organizing committee will prepare and print the exhibition journal, which is 16 pages in size and four-color fine printing. All enterprises participating in the exhibition can make a black-and-white introduction in the journal free of charge. Other advertising services are as follows:

2. Ticket advertisement: 8000 yuan / 10000 tickets, 21cm × 8.5cm in size.
3. The new product promotion meeting and technical forum are 10000 yuan / 20 minutes (special meeting, the cost will be discussed separately). The conference is responsible for providing the venue (including multimedia and demonstration equipment), and assisting in organizing the audience through multiple channels. The lecture unit shall report the theme of the lecture to the organizing committee one month in advance.
