This promotion conference focuses on building an exhibition and exchange platform for entrepreneurial elements based in Shenzhen, serving the Pearl River Delta, radiating Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and promoting the effective docking of entrepreneurial projects with industry chain, innovation chain, capital chain, talent chain and service chain. The theme of the exhibition is "building a dream Bay area and leading the future". The contents of the exhibition mainly include the promotion of entrepreneurial alliance projects, the exhibition and exchange of entrepreneurial achievements, the promotion of entrepreneurial Incubation Park, the investment docking of entrepreneurial projects, the promotion of entrepreneurial policies, and the theme forum of entrepreneurship.

（1） Promotion of entrepreneurship projects. For the whole province, Hong Kong and Macao, the focus is on the independent entrepreneurship projects with regional characteristics and innovation ability in Shenzhen, as well as the exhibition and exchange of brand alliance projects suitable for start-ups. Entrepreneurship projects cover science and technology innovation, Internet, new energy and energy conservation and environmental protection, biomedicine, cultural creativity, electronic information and other fields, so as to stimulate entrepreneurship vitality through innovation in many fields.

（2） Exhibition of entrepreneurial achievements. Focus on the innovation and entrepreneurship achievements of Shenzhen and Guangdong Province, and the Hong Kong and Macao start-up projects in Shenzhen.

（3） Venture projects and capital docking. Organize the handling bank to provide on-site business guarantee loan policy consultation and handling services. Invite venture financial service institutions and venture capital institutions to provide on-site project consulting and evaluation, project financing and investment consulting services.

（4） Exhibition of business incubation base. Invite well-known makers space operators such as municipal business incubation base, 3W space and business incubation parks (bases) at all levels to conduct on-site display and promotion.

（5） Organize on-site promotion activities. Arrange the university student entrepreneurs who won the 2019 "dream chasing Cup" university student innovation and entrepreneurship competition to show the entrepreneurship projects and achievements on site and share the entrepreneurship experience; meanwhile, invite the representatives of excellent entrepreneurship projects to conduct on-site promotion and interact with the audience on site.  

（6） Provide on-site consulting services for entrepreneurship support policies. Experts such as market supervision, taxation, employment service and entrepreneurship guidance are invited to interpret and consult on-site entrepreneurship support policies, so as to create a new market-oriented, legal and international entrepreneurship and innovation ecology for all kinds of market subjects.

（7） Launch innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum. In the peony hall on the sixth floor of Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, the theme forum of innovation and entrepreneurship in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area was organized. Guests were invited to talk about entrepreneurship, accelerate the integration of talents, science and technology and industry, and strive to build a highly entrepreneurial Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area, bringing an international, forward-looking and cutting-edge intellectual collision for participants.
