2. In general, the exhibition projects should be selected from the invention projects completed in recent years, which have obtained patent rights or submitted patent applications, and should be novel, creative and practical.
3. It is recommended that the invention projects of drugs, medical devices, food and cosmetics should comply with the relevant regulations of the relevant ministries and commissions of the state and the industry, and provide the approval documents, patent specifications, patent certificates or technical (product) appraisal (or expert review opinions), product specifications, production licenses and other technical (product) data.
4. The project that has participated in the invention exhibition held by China Invention Association can still participate in this exhibition and actively participate in publicity, exhibition, trade and other activities. However, if there is no substantial improvement in technology due to the previous application for awards, the application for awards shall not be repeated.
5. Any project that has intellectual property disputes and the relevant administrative department and judicial department have not yet made an arbitration conclusion shall not be recommended for participation.
