Exhibition Process

1. Apply for exhibition. Exhibitors shall fill out the "Exhibition Contract Form" in detail, affix their official seal, and send two copies of the original business license stamped with the official seal to the organizing unit by express delivery for application.

2. Booth arrangement. The booth arrangement is based on the principle of "first registration, first payment, first arrangement". In order to unify the image of the conference, the organizer has the right to adjust a small number of booths.

3. Payment confirmation. After the exhibitor signs the contract, the full amount of the exhibition fee shall be remitted to the designated account of the organizer within 5 working days, and the electronic remittance receipt shall be sent to the organizer. If not fulfilled, the organizer has the right to cancel the enterprise's booth reservation.

4. Contract establishment. Within 5 working days, return the "Exhibition Contract Form" stamped with the official seal to the exhibiting company. After the organizer receives the payment, the contract will be established.

5. For details on conference reception, accommodation, exhibit transportation, and exhibition setup, please refer to the "Exhibitor Handbook". The "Exhibitor Handbook" will be sent to exhibitors two months before the opening of the Expo.

6. Unless the applying unit is not accepted by the organizing unit due to special reasons, the fees paid by those who withdraw on their own will not be refunded.

7. In order to ensure the overall effect of the exhibition, the organizing committee reserves the right to make final adjustments to the booth

Exhibition fee:

Standard booth specifications: 3m x 3m, domestic enterprises 9800 yuan/piece. Standard equipment: three sided fence (2.5 meters high), one negotiation table, two folding chairs, two fluorescent lamps, Chinese and English lintels, garbage bin, carpet.

Starting from renting a 36 square meter vacant booth, domestic enterprises can rent it for 1000 yuan per square meter

Participation Procedures

1. Carefully fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and stamp it with the official seal, then scan it in color and send it to the organizing committee;

The organizing committee will arrange booths according to the principle of "apply first, arrange first, pay first, confirm first";

3. After obtaining confirmation from the organizing committee, the exhibition deposit (50% of the total exhibition fee) shall be paid within five working days or the full amount shall be wired to the designated account of the organizing committee, and the exhibition booth shall be finally confirmed;

4. After receiving the full payment of your exhibition fee, the organizing committee will issue you a "Confirmation of Participation" and an "Exhibitor Handbook", which includes the exhibition schedule, exhibition setup instructions, exhibit transportation, accommodation and meals arrangements, etc;

5. Unless the applying unit is not accepted by the organizing unit due to special reasons, the fees paid by those who withdraw on their own will not be refunded;
