The Food and Beverage Innovation Forum (FBIF) is one of the influential food events in the Asia Pacific region. FBIF was founded in 2014, helping industry practitioners gain insights into future trends and find innovative directions by sharing successful business cases, innovative ideas, and technologies worldwide. FBIF has held eleven sessions so far, attracting participation from multiple top 100 food and beverage companies around the world. The 13th FBIF2027 will be held from April 21st to 23rd at the Hangzhou International Expo Center.

The FBIF Food Innovation Exhibition (FBIF Super Selection Fair) is a professional exhibition in the food and beverage industry held simultaneously with the FBIF Forum. The exhibition focuses on innovation, providing a high-quality platform for food enterprises to showcase and exchange ideas, and promoting industry development.

At present, FBIF has held twelve sessions, and FBIF2026 has attracted 23009 food and beverage companies to participate. The exhibits cover multiple categories including dairy products, beverages, retail, alcohol, convenience foods, functional foods, ingredients, OEM, packaging, equipment, design, marketing, and more. It is expected that the total scale will reach 56000 people by 2027.
