INTRODUCTION

With the continuous improvement of Chinese people's income and the change of market consumption structure, leisure food and imported food are gradually integrated into Chinese urban life, ushering in unprecedented development opportunities. In 2005, the market capacity of leisure food and imported food in China has reached 22.58 billion yuan. At present, leisure food and imported food in China market come from 143 countries and regions in the world, with a complete range of categories. The products generally recognized by consumers include leisure foods such as special sauces, condiments, snacks and snacks from Southeast Asian countries, health food, dried fruit, candy, cheese, milk and Western food sauces from North America, coffee, juice and drinks from South America and other countries, red wine, baby milk powder, chocolate and cookie from major European countries. Food from all over the world has landed on the Chinese market. In recent years, the domestic imported food market continues to be hot. According to the data, in 2020, China's imported food will enter the golden decade of blowout high-speed development, with a market share of US $480 billion. China's population base is large and consumption level is rich. Leisure imported food is brewing many new market opportunities, with huge consumption potential.
