Industry Overview

Based on the implementation window of multiple national strategies such as national major projects, new quality productivity development, artificial intelligence industrialization, and new industrialization, Chongqing, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Yunnan, and Ningxia continue to expand the capacity of four western national computing hubs. At the national level, a series of guiding policies have been successively introduced, including energy-saving control of data centers, low-carbon transformation of high-density intelligent computing rooms, localization of key components for humanoid robots, and support for the landing of embodied intelligent technology. These policies clarify strict control of IDC energy consumption indicators, accelerate the large-scale application of liquid cooling and heat dissipation technology, and promote the pilot landing of universal humanoid robot scenarios. Chongqing, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Yunnan, Ningxia and other western provinces and cities have implemented local special subsidies, park investment promotion, and technological transformation procurement support policies, intensively releasing the demand for computing power infrastructure, green data center transformation, intelligent manufacturing upgrading, and service robots landing in the billion dollar market, providing strong policy support for the three major industries of AI computing power, liquid cooling temperature control, embodied intelligence and humanoid robots landing in the western region.

Therefore, hosted by the China Electronic Energy saving Technology Association, with branch organizations including the Green Computing Facility Branch, Data Security Professional Committee, Robotics Industry Branch, Artificial Intelligence Industry Branch, Intelligent Manufacturing Technology and Equipment Branch, supported by the Chongqing Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Industry Association, and jointly organized by Jingchen Exhibition Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xuntong Exhibition Co., Ltd., the "2027 Western China International AI Computing Industry Conference and Exhibition, 2027 Western China International Data Center Liquid Cooling Technology Exhibition" will kick off at the Chongqing International Expo Center from April 20-22, 2027. Taking the upstream and downstream linkage of the industrial chain as the core, we aim to create a benchmark event for Western digital technology that integrates product display, technology discussion, policy interpretation, government and enterprise investment promotion, project signing, and supply-demand matching.
