Huizhou, with Luofu Mountain at its back and Daya Bay in the south, is located in the East Bank of Pearl River Delta and Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area, with the East River winding for more than 100 kilometers. Huizhou is adjacent to Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Heyuan City in the north, Shanwei City in the East, Dongguan City and Guangzhou City in the West. It is one of the central cities in the Pearl River Delta. Huizhou is a famous historical and cultural city in China. In Sui and Tang Dynasties, it has been a "key town in East Guangdong".
