Hunan International Baking Exhibition and its concurrent event: China International Food and Beverage Fair is a key exhibition in the field of domestic trade circulation. The 11th Hunan International Baking Exhibition and China International Food and Beverage Fair are jointly organized by the Circulation Industry Promotion Center of the Ministry of Commerce, Hunan Tourism Development Investment Group Co., Ltd., and Beijing Hansen International Exhibition Co., Ltd. They will be held grandly at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 18-20, 2026. The Hunan Baking Exhibition and Food and Beverage Fair have effectively promoted the development of industries such as baking, catering and accommodation, commodity trade, and cultural tourism in our province. They have played a positive role in achieving the integration of the upstream and downstream industrial chains of the baking and food industry, and promoting the reform of the industry's supply side structure.

Hunan, as an important engine for the rise of central China, has a huge consumer market and a keen taste gene. This baking exhibition is based in Hunan and radiates to Central China, aiming to build a comprehensive service platform that integrates raw material selection, equipment display, technical exchange, trend release, and business docking.
