Exhibition Introduction

Currently, the Chinese coffee industry is at a critical crossroads. On the one hand, the market continues to grow; On the other hand, industry consensus is being eroded by intense "internal competition". Irrational subsidies and price wars not only make independent coffee shops struggle, but also invisibly erode the long-term value and innovation drive of the entire industry. The blind price war will eventually lead to the depletion of brand value, and the industry urgently needs to find a new growth paradigm.

In this context, the BICE 2026 Beijing International Coffee Expo was born. Exhibition fees

Open space booth: 1000 yuan/㎡

Starting from 36 square meters or more, exhibitors are required to design and construct their own exhibition space, which must be reviewed and approved by the organizing committee. The organizer only provides exhibition space and has no other exhibition supporting facilities.

Standard booth: Single opening booth costs 9000 yuan per booth, double opening booth costs 10000 yuan per booth, and an additional 1000 yuan per main aisle

The area is 9 square meters (3 meters * 3 meters), equipped with a one meter high booth door, one table and two chairs, two spotlights, corporate fascia board, one 5A/220V power socket, and carpet.

■ Exhibition Procedure

1. Fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and mail or send the document to the organizing unit. The principle of "apply first, pay first, arrange first" shall be implemented for the booth;

Within one week after applying for a booth, the exhibition fee will be transferred to the designated account of the organizing unit. After remitting various fees, exhibitors are requested to forward the bank remittance form to the exhibition organizer.

3. Send the company's Chinese and English introductions and advertising documents (if any) in electronic format to the exhibition organizer 30 days before the start of the event. If translation is required, please inform in advance.

4. Arrange exhibition matters properly according to the "Exhibitor Handbook" (hotel reservations, exhibit transportation, booth decoration, exhibit rental, on-site translation, etc.).
