Both are important supports for national strategy and global sustainable development, as well as the backbone of promoting industrial upgrading and achieving high-quality development.

In order to thoroughly implement the strategic deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on promoting green and low-carbon development and building a modern industrial system, and in conjunction with the construction of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Green Industry Cooperation Platform in Tianjin, China Foreign Trade Center Group Co., Ltd. and National Exhibition and Convention Center (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. will hold the 2026 Green and Low Carbon Expo (Tianjin, China) and 2026 International Engineering Construction Expo (Tianjin, China) at the same time, and hold supporting activities such as seminars and symposiums.

Adhering to the construction goal of "Global Green Partnership", we will build an international green industry exchange and docking platform to showcase the achievements of SCO green cooperation, ASEAN low-carbon technology exchange, and the "the Belt and Road" green projects.

（1） Theme meetings.

Green and Low Carbon International Conference: Based on the China SCO Green Industry Cooperation Platform, we plan to hold the "China SCO Green Industry Cooperation and Development Ministerial Conference". Through national level conference activities, we aim to enhance international influence, attract more international resources to gather in Tianjin, and create an important platform to serve the country's green diplomacy strategy.

International Engineering Supply Chain Conference: referring to the successful experience of the fifth International Engineering Construction Supply Chain Expo 2025, it is proposed to be hosted by China International Engineering Consulting Association to promote enterprises to sign cooperation agreements with countries along the "the Belt and Road".

（2） Green and low-carbon fields.

Green and low-carbon field: Plan to hold three seminars, including: Seminar on Green Trade Development, Seminar on Circular Economy, and Seminar on Green Parks.

In the field of international engineering construction, two seminars are planned to be held, including an internationalization seminar on engineering technology and standards, and a low-carbon practice seminar on intelligent construction.
