In the wave of actively exploring internationalization paths in the Chinese liquor industry, the benchmark platform for Chinese liquor exhibitions, Interwine International Famous Liquor Exhibition, continues to lead the industry forward. Following the successful establishment of a new channel for Chinese famous liquors to go global and the deep exploration of Southeast Asian markets at the 35th China (Guangzhou) International Famous Liquor Exhibition in autumn 2025, the 36th China (Guangzhou) International Famous Liquor Exhibition is scheduled to be held grandly from May 21-23, 2026 in Zone B of the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou.

This exhibition will serve as an extension and strategic expansion of the 35th International Famous Liquor Exhibition, with the new positioning of "Asia's Super Connector for Liquor Trade", comprehensively upgrading to an international liquor trade hub covering the whole Asia and radiating multiple regions, and building a new bridge for China's liquor industry to connect with the world.

The successful holding of the 35th exhibition in the autumn of 2025 marks a new stage in the internationalization of Chinese famous liquor, from "product output" to "brand cultivation". Exhibitors have efficiently connected with Southeast Asian and global buyers, and professional buyer groups organized by national business associations such as Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam have reached multiple cooperation intentions on site, laying a solid foundation for China's liquor industry to explore emerging markets.

The 36th exhibition will fully inherit and deeply expand this achievement, relying on the established huge Asian buyer database and channel resources, deepening strategic cooperation with nearly 30 authoritative Asian business associations, and planning to organize more than 5000 professional buyers from Asia (non China) to come to the site for procurement, covering the entire Asian region from Southeast Asia to West Asia, Central Asia, Japan, South Korea, and South Asia. The positioning of the exhibition has been upgraded from a "high-quality wine export exhibition" to a "core platform for Asian wine trade", allowing China's internationalization strategy of the wine industry to take root and bear fruit in Guangzhou, the forefront of reform and opening up.
