Seeking win-win in the food chain, learning from each other in the autumn dining exhibition. The 11th China International Food and Catering Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Food and Beverage Expo") will be held from September 18th to 20th at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center.
This catering event is jointly hosted by the Circulation Industry Promotion Center of the Ministry of Commerce and Hunan Tourism Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Tourism Group"), and organized by Hunan Convention and Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Convention and Exhibition Group"). The exhibition, with the theme of "promoting innovative development of consumption", closely revolves around the concept of "green, environmental protection, safety, and upgrading". Through product exhibitions, docking negotiations, consumer experiences, and other forms, it promotes the full integration of investment, trade, consumption and other formats, and builds a platform for the high-quality development of the food and catering industry.
The Food and Beverage Fair is a key professional exhibition in the field of domestic trade circulation in the food and beverage industry. Since its first landing in Hunan in 2016, Hunan Convention and Exhibition Group and its predecessor, the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce Business Exhibition Center, have served as executing units, witnessing and assisting the development of food and beverage events from their inception to industry events.
According to statistics, the exhibition area of the first ten food and beverage fairs has exceeded 773000 square meters, with more than 14800 participating companies and a total of over 1.51 million attendees. More than 40 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) and cities, as well as more than 50 countries and regions, have participated in group exhibitions, achieving a total on-site transaction volume and intended orders of about 34.58 billion yuan. This has effectively promoted the development of industries such as catering and accommodation, commodity trade, and cultural tourism in our province, and played a positive role in achieving the connection of the upstream and downstream industrial chain of the food and beverage industry and promoting the reform of the supply side structure of the industry.
