Exhibition Process

1. Please fill out the "Exhibition Contract" in detail, sign and stamp it with the official seal, and then fax or mail it to the organizing committee.

2. The principle of booth arrangement is "apply first, book first, pay first, confirm first". Co organizers can give priority to arrangements, and the organizing committee has the right to make minor adjustments to a small number of booths based on the overall planning of the exhibition area.

3. Exhibitors must ensure that their exhibits, product packaging, and promotional materials do not involve any infringement.

4. Specific matters related to exhibit transportation, hotel reception, booth construction, etc. will be compiled into an "Exhibitor Handbook" and sent to all participating units 30 days before the meeting.
