Part 2 Overview of the Exhibition

The International Flooring, Carpet and Floor Mat Exhibition is one of the main events of the Green Building Expo, a professional exhibition for carpet and floor mats. From building contractors, designers, traders, to global buyers and industry leaders across industry chains, this exhibition is an ideal business platform for you to connect with people, understand the industry, showcase products, establish brand image, and consolidate industry status! The Shanghai Carpet and Floor Mat Exhibition is the best choice to help you expand into domestic and overseas markets, seek partners, and establish industry leadership! In 2024, ESBULD will integrate existing resources and redefine the exhibition concept of "innovative safety, beautiful ecology, and comprehensive provision of green building overall solutions". Part 9: Special Note

If the exhibiting company chooses a corner booth, an additional 20% booth fee will be charged.

2. Exhibition procedures: Fill out the exhibition application form and stamp the contract with the official seal, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee. Within five working days from the date of mailing or faxing the contract, the full exhibition fee or 50% deposit shall be wired to the organizing committee.

3. Booth allocation principle: "Apply first, pay first, arrange first". After remitting various fees, participating companies must fax the bank remittance form to the organizing committee for verification. The organizing committee will arrange the booth according to the "three first" principle. The organizing committee will only confirm the booth with the exhibiting company after receiving the payment.

If the exhibiting company terminates the exhibition contract midway, the exhibition fees paid to our company will be considered as liquidated damages.
