The Asian Flower Industry Expo, formerly known as the China Flower Exhibition (Guangzhou International Flower Pottery and Flower Garden Supplies Exhibition), was founded in 2008. Since its launch, the exhibition has attracted the participation of more than 3000 global brand enterprises such as Royal Dutch Flowers, Colorful, Qiqiao, Danzi Flowers, Dali Fu, Jin Zhengda, etc., serving more than 500000 domestic and foreign visitors. 1. Carefully fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and stamp it with the official seal, then scan it in color and send it to the organizing committee E.;

2. The organizing committee will arrange booths according to the principle of "apply first, arrange first, pay first, confirm first";

3. After obtaining confirmation from the organizing committee, payment of the exhibition deposit (50% of the total exhibition fee) or full telegraphic transfer to the designated account of the organizing committee shall be made within five working days to confirm the exhibition booth;

4. After receiving the full payment of your exhibition fee, the organizing committee will send you an "Exhibition Confirmation Letter" and an "Exhibitor Handbook", which include the schedule, exhibition setup instructions, exhibit transportation, accommodation and meals arrangements for this exhibition;

5. Unless the applying unit is not accepted by the organizing unit due to special reasons, the fees paid by those who withdraw on their own will not be refunded;

6. To ensure the overall effectiveness of the exhibition, the organizing committee reserves the right to make final adjustments to the booth.
