The 26th China International Housing Industry and Construction Industrialization Products and Equipment Expo (referred to as the 2026 China Housing Expo) will be held from October 28th to 30th, 2026Beijing Shougang International Convention and Exhibition CenterGrandly held.

The China Housing and Urban Rural Development Expo is approved by the State Council, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development. This exhibition is a "guided and supported exhibition" by the Ministry of Commerce and a "Beijing guided and supported brand exhibition" by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce.

The Housing Expo focuses on the development of prefabricated buildings, highlighting internationalization, technology, and foresight. It highlights the latest prefabricated building technologies and components at home and abroad, showcases complete integrated technologies, promotes green environmental protection concepts, guides the continuous improvement of housing quality and performance, and promotes the transformation, upgrading, and sustainable development of China's construction industry. After years of accumulation, the China International Fair for Housing and Urban Rural Development has become a leading indicator of industry development, a large booth for promoting the latest products, a platform for technology exchange across the industry, and a stage for enterprises to explore new markets.
