Exhibition Procedures

1. Exhibitors are requested to fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, affix the official seal, and fax or mail it to the organizing committee of the conference.

2. Within 3 days after registration, the enterprise shall transfer 50% (or full payment) of the exhibition fee to the designated account of the conference organizing committee to determine the booth;

3. The exhibition booths, advertisements, etc. will be arranged by the organizing committee in a unified manner, with "apply first, pay first, allocate first". Co organizers can be given priority in arranging.

4. In order to comply with the overall layout of the exhibition, the organizing unit has the right to adjust the position of individual booths when necessary.
