Exhibition Introduction

The Xi'an Silk Road International Tourism Expo (referred to as the Xi'an Silk Road Tourism Expo), as the first international and comprehensive tourism exhibition named after the "Silk Road" in China, has always aimed to "build an internationally renowned tourism cooperation platform" and closely conforms to the new trend of cultural and tourism industry development. The Xi'an Silk Road Tourism Expo has been successfully held for ten sessions since 2014. Adhering to the model of government guidance, enterprise operation, and market operation, the exhibition aims to create an industry exchange platform centered on transactions and driven by consumption around new trends, demands, and formats in the tourism market. It is committed to stimulating cultural and tourism consumption potential, deepening cooperation in international and domestic tourism related markets, products, information, and service standards, promoting the trading and innovation of tourism products, promoting deep integration of industries, and further expanding the international influence of the Silk Road tourism brand.

The last Xi'an Silk Road Travel Expo attracted 187 delegations and 803 enterprises from 18 domestic provinces (districts and cities) such as Beijing, Jilin, Guangdong and Sichuan, and 25 countries and regions such as Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Sweden and Norway to participate in the Expo. The on-site transaction volume was 63 million yuan. 11 high-quality cultural and tourism projects, including Xi'an Yongxing Square, Yan'an Cultural Tourism, Qiankun Bay Scenic Area, Ganquan Grand Canyon Scenic Area and Nanniwan Project, reached cooperation intentions and signed contracts in a centralized manner. The contract amount was 220 million yuan. 116478 people walked into the exhibition area to jointly experience the new achievements of cultural and tourism development.

After research, the 2026 Xi'an Silk Road Tourism Expo is scheduled to be held from April 17 to 19, 2026 at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center.

The planned area of this expo is 32000 square meters. Through various forms such as exhibition display, forum activities, project promotion, business investigation, and negotiation and signing, it will provide a comprehensive and multi-level dialogue platform for the tourism industry to exchange and cooperate, and better play the driving role of tourism in promoting economic development.

Note: A standard booth provides: three sided fence, fascia board production, one negotiation table, two folding chairs, two spotlights, and one 10A/220V socket;

The B indoor special exhibition area only provides bare space and does not offer any configuration. Exhibitors are responsible for the various costs of booth construction and layout on their own.

It invites high-quality travel agencies and related industry institutions from home and abroad to collaborate with upstream and downstream resources of the tourism industry chain such as hotels, scenic spots, transportation, and tourism services.
