The MTM Metal World Expo originated from the Shanghai International Metallurgical Industry Exhibition founded in 1986. As a grand event in the steel and metallurgical industry that has been held in China for 40 years, the MTM Metal World Expo will celebrate its 40th birthday in 2026. The previous exhibition was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from December 2nd to 4th, 2025. This exhibition attracted 930 companies and 31589 visitors from 66 countries and regions, including 27451 domestic visitors and 4138 overseas visitors.
