In the "14th Five Year Plan" for the Development of Cold Chain Logistics in Hainan Province, it is proposed to fully utilize the free trade, convenient transportation, zero tariffs, low tax rates and other institutional designs based on the demand for the construction of the cold chain market in Hainan Free Trade Port. Relying on the positioning of the Western Land Sea Trade New Channel as an international shipping hub and international aviation hub, Hainan will actively enhance its channel capacity to connect with the world, build a "national cold chain warehouse" to serve the domestic super large scale market, form a core for the conversion of international and domestic cold chain trade, logistics services and supply chain kinetic energy, and strive to build Hainan into a regional international cold chain logistics center.

Hainan will focus on the layout of international cold chain logistics facilities, public cold chain logistics bases, agricultural product trading wholesale market cold storage, agricultural product origin distribution center cold storage, agricultural product industry base cold storage, pharmaceutical cold storage, etc; Starting from promoting the full coverage of cold chain logistics service network, accelerating the construction of international cold chain infrastructure, building a comprehensive transportation cold chain fast track, constructing an international commercial cold chain logistics service system, promoting cold chain logistics supply chain management, building a new model of cold chain logistics services, introducing and cultivating large cold chain logistics enterprises, building a public digital platform for cold chain logistics in Hainan, creating an international cold chain food brand, and strengthening the training of cold chain talents; Key engineering projects include cold chain logistics support engineering, cold storage facility engineering, cold chain logistics standardization engineering, urban-rural joint distribution engineering, and fresh cold chain rapid delivery engineering; And provide systematic support in investment attraction, technology, and regulation.

By 2025, Hainan Province plans to increase the total capacity of cold storage by approximately 14.45 million cubic meters, achieving a cold chain transportation rate of 85% for food entering and leaving the island and distribution, and a cold chain transportation rate of 100% for drugs entering and leaving the island. Hainan will also introduce and cultivate 2-3 large-scale cold chain logistics enterprises with strong core competitiveness, cultivate 2-3 third-party suppliers of cold chain logistics, and create 2-3 food cold chain brands. Build a digital platform for cold chain logistics supply chain in Hainan, cultivate a group of demonstration enterprises and safety products with full cold chain, full monitoring, and full traceability.

It is expected that by 2035, Hainan will establish a cold chain supply chain service network system that covers major global trading partners and connects the domestic consumer market; Establish a comprehensive cold chain facility system, with the province's cold chain service capability reaching the international advanced level, forming a modern cold chain logistics system that is "full chain, networked, standardized, traceable, new mode, and efficient", and building food safety standards and food safety brands that are in line with international standards. 6、 Exhibition and conference procedures

1. Exhibitors are requested to fill out the "Registration Form for Participation/Exhibition" in detail and affix the official seal, and send or fax it to the organizing committee. And transfer the booth fee to the designated account of the organizing committee within 7 days. Booth allocation will be arranged in the order of payment, and will be held until the quota is reached.

2. After remitting the fees, exhibitors must fax or mail the bank remittance form to the organizing committee for verification.

3. All exhibitors must be manufacturers with legal operating rights within China. No unit or individual is allowed to bring counterfeit or inferior products to the exhibition, otherwise the organizing committee has the right to cancel their participation qualification.

4. After confirming the registration, the organizing committee will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" to the participating units fifteen days before the meeting.
