The Taiyuan Coal (Energy) Technology and Equipment Exhibition, with strong support from the China Coal Industry Association, Shanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Shanxi Provincial Emergency Management Department, Shanxi Provincial Energy Bureau, and Shanxi Coal Supervision Bureau, is a large-scale specialized exhibition hosted by the Shanxi Coal Industry Association and organized by Taiyuan Qixin Exhibition Co., Ltd. It has been successfully held for 23 sessions. It is a well-known exhibition in the national coal industry and has formed a well-known brand exhibition throughout the country. It has played an important role in improving the technology and equipment of the coal industry (energy) in Shanxi Province and even the whole country, and has made positive contributions to the high-quality development of the coal industry.

The Taiyuan Coal (Energy) Technology and Equipment Exhibition has been successfully held for 23 sessions, making it the largest provincial-level coal technology and equipment exhibition in China. It is also one of the seven key brand exhibitions cultivated by the Shanxi Provincial Government in the 14th Five Year Plan. Especially for the 23rd exhibition held at the Xiaohe Convention and Exhibition Center in Shanxi in 2025, the exhibition hall has first-class equipment, complete functions, an exhibition area of 130000 square meters, more than 1300 exhibitors, and 135000 visitors.

This exhibition plans to hold both offline and online exhibitions simultaneously. In terms of exhibition content, the focus is on the high-end, digital, and intelligent development of coal mines, closely adhering to the themes of "clean coal production" and "clean and efficient utilization of coal". Guided by the "Guidelines for the Construction of Coal Mine Intelligent Standard System" issued by the National Energy Administration and the relevant equipment, products, and technologies in the "Green and Low Carbon Transformation Industry Guidance Catalogue (2024 Edition)" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments, the exhibition will mainly invite enterprises covering new technologies and equipment for green and intelligent coal mines to participate in the exhibition.
