2026 HOTELEX Shanghai

From March 30th to April 2nd, 2026, the 2025 Shanghai International Hotel and Catering Industry Expo (HOTELEX Shanghai) will be held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Puxi Hongqiao, Shanghai).

The HOTELEX Shanghai International Hotel and Catering Industry Expo, guided by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, is one of the three key landmark events during the 14th Five Year Plan period - an important component of the Shanghai Tourism Industry Expo. It will be held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai Puxi Hongqiao) in 2026.

The 2026 HOTELEX Shanghai exhibition will continue to bring visitors a high-quality industry event; To gather high-quality resources for hotels and catering professionals, create a standardized communication platform, and contribute to the development of the industry.

The exhibition will cover an area of over 400000 square meters and is expected to attract over 250000 visitors from industries such as hotel catering, supermarket retail, leisure catering, cultural and tourism consumption, and big health to visit and engage in business exchanges with exhibitors. The number of exhibitors is expected to reach over 3000.
