The 87th China Education Equipment Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the Education Equipment Exhibition) is scheduled to be held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province from April 24-26, 2026. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

2、 Time and location

1. Time: April 21-26, 2026. Among them, booth construction and registration of attendees will take place from the 21st to the 23rd, exhibition will take place from the 24th to the 26th, and the exhibition will begin at 14:00 on the 26th.

2. Location: Chengdu Western China International Expo City (No. 88, East Fuzhou Road, Tianfu New Area, Chengdu, Sichuan Province).

3、 Main content

1. Comprehensive display of educational equipment products and services required for preschool education, basic education, vocational education, special education, and higher education, including laboratory equipment, information technology equipment and teaching software, functional/subject classroom equipment, STEAM teaching equipment, audio, sports, and aesthetic equipment, cultural, educational, graphic, and library resources, school logistics supplies, children's play equipment and toys, educational services and training resources, public health and medical health equipment, vocational education and training equipment, etc.

2. Organize educational equipment, education and teaching related seminars, exchanges and other activities.

3. Organize visiting guests and delegations to tour the venue.

4、 Exhibition matters

1. Exhibitors: Any enterprise that has registered with the industry and commerce, operates legally, and produces according to valid standards can apply to participate in the exhibition.

2. Registration method: All educational production and operation enterprises are requested to actively register for the exhibition. Each booth is 9m ², with a minimum order of 4 special exhibition booths. After the enterprise applies for a booth and pays the booth fee, the organizing committee will determine the time and allocate the booth uniformly. Once the booth is arranged, the booth fee will not be refunded. Registration and payment deadline: February 5th, 2026.

Exhibitors can choose to provide their English company name, logo, or product logo in the registration system (requirements: logo image resolution not less than 100dpi, white background, JPG format, and file size not exceeding 3M; please do not upload CMYK mode images) for later conference guide and lintel production. The exhibited products filled in will be used to print the exhibition product catalog and enterprise directory, and will be displayed online simultaneously.

3. Booth type:

Special exhibition boothThe special booth for this year's educational equipment exhibition is limited to 36 applications m²、54m²、72m²、108m²、144m²、180m²、216m²、270m²、360m²、450m²、900m²。

4. Exhibition Area Planning:

(1) On the basis of the comprehensive exhibition area, this year's educational decoration exhibition will set up the following sub areas of exhibition:

① Music/Sports/Art/Labor/Books/Health Exhibition Area

② Exhibition Area for Early Childhood Education/Vocational Education/Higher Education/Special Education

Exhibitors can choose their exhibition area if they have any needs.

(3) The standard booth sequence will continue to be implemented through regional rotation, and the booth distribution map will be announced separately.

5. Booth configuration:

(1) Standard booth: one consultation table, two chairs, two spotlights, three 2.45m high enclosures, and one 220V/5A power outlet;

(2) Bare space booth: No exhibition equipment, specially designed with a height limit of 4.5m.

6. Booth usage:

(1) The booth is for the sole use of exhibiting companies and is strictly prohibited from being resold or transferred to third parties. If an exhibiting company engages in reselling or transferring its booth, the organizing committee has the right to seal its booth and cancel its participation qualification once discovered. Exhibitors are not allowed to sell products unrelated to educational equipment. If an exhibitor engages in the sale of products unrelated to educational equipment, the organizing committee will seal the product and cancel the exhibitor's qualification once discovered.

(2) All activities carried out by participating companies and their partners at the educational decoration exhibition site must comply with laws and regulations. Any penalties and compensation responsibilities defined by laws and regulations shall be borne by the participating companies themselves.

(3) The booth layout and behavior of exhibiting companies within the booth shall not obstruct other exhibiting companies in any way.

7. Preparation and Withdrawal: Participating companies should prepare and withdraw their exhibitions according to the time and requirements stipulated by the Education Decoration Exhibition, and should not advance or delay. During the preparation and dismantling period, participating companies must assign dedicated personnel to manage their exhibition booths.

8. Exhibitors and visitors can pay attention to the official account of the [Teaching Clothes Exhibition Promotion] to get a better experience of participating in and watching the exhibition. The main functions of the official account of "Teaching Clothes Exhibition Promotion" are as follows:

(1) Real time release of exhibition related activity content.

(2) Provide inquiry and download of exhibition materials and case studies for participating companies.

(3) Exhibitors, visitors, and conference previews.

(4) Search for booths and obtain map navigation.

(5) Review photos, videos, and live broadcasts of exhibition activities.

(6) Others.

4. School leaders and teachers at all levels and types;

5. Personnel from various educational equipment production enterprises, agents, distributors, international trade purchasers and other relevant units;

6、 Precautions

1. Exhibitors who fail to pay the fees on time will not be allocated booths;

2. Participating companies must make remittances in the name of their units and do not accept personal remittances;

3. The transportation and accommodation expenses of the attending representatives shall be borne by themselves. The organizing committee will provide some hotel rooms at the venue, and hotel information and expenses will be notified separately;

4. To alleviate the economic burden on attendees, it is recommended that they solve their own food, lodging, and transportation issues;

5. According to the Guidelines for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights at Exhibitions issued by the China National Intellectual Property Administration in 2022, the organizing committee has the right to terminate the relevant products and continue to participate in the exhibition once the products involved in intellectual property infringement are confirmed. seven
