The 23rd China International Housing Industry and Construction Industrialization Products and Equipment Expo (referred to as the 2026 China Housing Expo) will be held from November 6th to 9th, 2026Beijing Shougang International Convention and Exhibition CenterGrandly held.

The China Housing and Urban Rural Development Expo is approved by the State Council, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development. It is jointly hosted by the Technology and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development (the Housing Industrialization Promotion Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development), the China Real Estate Industry Association, and the China Architecture Culture Center, and co organized by more than ten technology industry associations in the national housing and urban-rural development system. This exhibition is a "guided and supported exhibition" by the Ministry of Commerce and a "Beijing guided and supported brand exhibition" by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce.

The Housing Expo focuses on the development of prefabricated buildings, highlighting internationalization, technology, and foresight. It highlights new prefabricated building technologies and components at home and abroad, showcases complete integrated technologies, promotes green environmental protection concepts, guides the continuous improvement of housing quality and performance, and promotes the transformation, upgrading, and sustainable development of China's construction industry.
