☆ Conference Overview

The Regulations on the Administration of Clinical Research and Clinical Translational Application of Biomedical New Technologies have been promulgated and will come into effect on May 1, 2026. The promulgation of the Regulations marks the first time that China has established a systematic and comprehensive legal management system in cutting-edge biotechnology fields such as stem cells, immune cells, gene editing, and regenerative medicine. This is not only the establishment of a regulatory system, but also an important turning point in the development of cell technology in China. After more than ten years of scientific research accumulation and clinical exploration, cell technology has finally entered a new era of "standardized implementation" from the "scientific research stage", officially entering a high-quality development stage recognized and guided by the state.
